I have left Thessaloniki today. It felt... sad. I will miss my favourite city :(

Burglars
Today I stopped burglars from breaking into my neighbour's appartment. I heard someone ringing his doorbell (walls here are embarrassingly thin), then a noise and then the sound of sth moving in the keyhole. As the guy is off for holidays I went to see through the eye in the door what the hell was going on. It was covered with something so I started opening my door and the bastards run away. Theft is really awful - because of loss of things too but first of all, because these bastards for some reason think they can just take sth which is not theirs.
Then all neighbours, and particularly one guy, started bitching the lady that admnisters the building does not put a proper lock, the police came (2 units!), we could not find the owner's number for a while to call him etc.
Now I am alerted by any weird sound.

Polska górą
Today went hiking in Olympus, the highest mountain of Greece (2917 m.) - and what is the main remark I have to make? 90% people met on the track were from Poland (plus a PKS Leżajsk bus).
P.S. it was beautiful, but we, who went first time, were a bit disappointed, as Olympus is always described to be a impressive, scary mountain. Eeeeee...

Sunday self-indulgement
On Sunday we truly indulged ourselves from morning till night:))) First we went to Waterland and came back with bruises in various places on the body(Savvas still complains that his butt hurts :P) The wind was sooo strong that when climbed a high tower to slide down I was afraid that all this steel construction will fall down. Then we had dinner at Noodle Bar - the asian food was yummy and we ate too much. And theeen went to the cinema to see Bruno - by Sacha Baron Cohen. It was really funny but most of the film we covered our eyes and commenting live - we were so embarassed to witness the scenes... :P
...
It is absolutely not a problem to get in a pharmacy a medicine that requires doctor's prescription WITHOUT it.

Two self-centered notes about the heat
1) Wearing make up in this heat seems a challenge - the best quality cosmetics can barely stand the sweating activity of skin.
2) Attempts to put on weight (I am still trying!) make no sense - the only thing that I have appetite for these days are watermelons and tomatoes (not too fattening).
