Florina

Last weekend was great - we went with Savvas to visit his cousin in Florina, a town in the mountains close to the Albanian border. 3 days in that quiet and easy-going town made me sooo lazy:))). Went also for a ride in the area: beautiful views, stunning autum colours and not bad food. We passed by some completely forgotten village that looked like an abandoned museum.

The cathedral on the tiny Island of Agios Achillios on the Small Prespa Lake. The island has 3 houses and 5 churches:).

The Agios Achilios Island is connected with the land by a 1km path on the surface of the water.

Szlachta się panoszy

Dziś widziałam jak na czerwonym świetle przechodził szlachcic w kontuszu i szablą zatrzymał ruch, żeby mogli też przejśc towarzyszący mu górnicy w górnośląskich strojach galowych. Słowo honoru.

Urodziny

Kurczę, ostatnie z dwójką z przodu... Sama nie wiem, jaki chce, żeby ten rok był. Aż się boję chcieć nowych, ciekawych wydarzeń (ten rok w nie obfitował na moje własne życzenie ), a z drugiej strony wiem, że tak szybko się zniechęcam przy braku takowych. Zobaczymy.

So here I am again. Back in the arms I missed and to my favourite city, which welcomed me with rain (now it is sunny again). ...and again looking forward to the weeks to come:)
