Warsaw - the Old Town revisited
Today went for a wedding to the Old Town (no, the new-weds were not one of fanatic Chinese who get married on the day of the opening of the Olypmics on 08.08.08). Krakowskie Przedmiescie (the main avenue of the area) has been recently renovated and closed for vehicles, which gave space to wide sidewalks and made them so pleasant to promendade. Since my parents hadn't been there for ages I gave them a tour. Felt again like a tourist in my own city:). I am not a fan of the capital but the Old Town is really charming.
