This was a kind of consolation when I saw my nephew experience first serious pain and all these pipes and needles in the little fists.
On the other hand that's the reasons he does not remember me when I 'disappear' for long. And he learns from scratch: that I am not a stranger, my face, silly faces I make, the way we play etc., which every time can take a while.
