So we decided we are not staying in London. The place is definitely NOT value for money. It is soooo expensive. A good London salary is necessary to really enjoy the place. We checked a couple of apartments for short-term and those that were nice and max zone 2 were soooo overpriced, and one for reasonable money we saw in zone 3 was disgusting! For the same money, let's say 1300 GBP per month for example in Thessaloniki or Warsaw we can rent a fantastic, huge apartment in the very centre, close to the beach. And the sun is granted! As my friend Paula said: first get a London matching salary, then stay. So next time we go, we have to have a big reserve of money OR a London salary. No, actually, both :)
