Agios Omologites

Agios Omologites is one of the most beautiful districts of Nicosia. Tiny streets, clay roofs, old charming villas, like this one:

Many of them are actually beautifully refurbished. There is a very good policy in the town to restore fine looks of old buildings. This is what Artos Foundation did (the foundation organizes exhibitions and art events). The place is really lovely and here you can see how much effort it is to bring these old pieces of architecture back to life.
